"We had a lovely stay. it was clean and nice. However, there were a lot of dogs. They barked and we could hear them in our room. A dog barked from 3 pm to 7 pm we asked the reception what was going on. She wanted to call the owners we don't understand that there is no rule that dogs cannot be left alone in the rooms. In the evening we were at the reception and relaxed when a huge German shepherd comes in. without a leash and without an owner. it ran around. our daughter was terrified. the lady at the reception did nothing, it was very unsafe. if the employee was scared she could have at least checked on us later. "
