"The check in was simple and easy. The Valet staff were so helpful in both check in and check out. The room was adequate and the only thing missing was an extra toilet paper! I tried calling the front desk but it was permanently engaged. Apart from that it was nice stay with friendly staff. Oh and great room views with beautiful sunset! "

"The staff was unable to give me my Hilton points because they needed a manager to do it and the manager wasn’t around. They said they would do it after I left and it still has not been applied.
The floor itself was damp near the air conditioner and there were 2 nails coming through the floor. My wife hurt her foot on it and I complained but nothing was done. Just given apologies. No one should stay here."

"The hotel it’s self was not to bad fairly clean and very friendly check in. HOWEVER some of the people living there are VERY inconsiderate! Outside talking loudly all night as a matter of fact when I checked out at 5:00 am they were still outside having a good time. Some of us actually have to work 😡
