"The staff was unable to give me my Hilton points because they needed a manager to do it and the manager wasn’t around. They said they would do it after I left and it still has not been applied.
The floor itself was damp near the air conditioner and there were 2 nails coming through the floor. My wife hurt her foot on it and I complained but nothing was done. Just given apologies. No one should stay here."

"The phrasing "you get what you paid for" could not be more real in this situation! As soon as I walked in I noticed stains on the sheet and blanket, a dead cockroach and an alive beetle. The sink faucet is not even attached to the sink and the plug for the sink is closed without any way of opening it so when you try to wash your hands it just fills up with water. It was hard enough getting hot water in the shower but once in the shower you might as well be swimming in at least an ankle deep of...
