"Very clean, nice hotel. Neighborhood is fancy and feels quite safe - which is a valuable asset in Bogota. Lots of restaurants in the area. Our room was nice with windows opening to the outdoors, though not all rooms have that. The room had a hot water kettle and refrigerator. Showers were warm. Communication with the staff prior to our stay could have been better. They were very vague when asked about whether our room had a window that opened to the air. "

"I first was introduced by Orlando by mail sending a warm welcome. Then I met Armando at the hotel. Very kind and smiley. Orlando support me with WhatsApp very fast when needed. For sure I will go back to this place another time. I loved the place, the managers and it's only 2 minutes from bus station Museo Nacional bus M86 (airport) and 5 minutes walk from the mall. The mini kitchen have all you might need to cook and eat properly. They are very conscientious."

"The price is one of the most affordable in the area. There is a big Argentinian community at the Hotel. As a asian person, I feel that they look down on me and they pay less attention to my request.
