The only minusses is the gym, that is lacking equipment, our room was a bit small (and then our neighbours showered is was very loud for some reason) and the staff didn’t speak that much English. They were very friendly, but the lack of communication possibilities draws down a bit.
The area of the hotel is in it self not that great, but it was located close many cool and interesting areas. "

"Very clean, nice hotel. Neighborhood is fancy and feels quite safe - which is a valuable asset in Bogota. Lots of restaurants in the area. Our room was nice with windows opening to the outdoors, though not all rooms have that. The room had a hot water kettle and refrigerator. Showers were warm.
Communication with the staff prior to our stay could have been better. They were very vague when asked about whether our room had a window that opened to the air. "

The bed lamp did not work. We asked several times to get itfixed, we stayed there 4 nights and it wasnot fixed.

"I first was introduced by Orlando by mail sending a warm welcome. Then I met Armando at the hotel. Very kind and smiley. Orlando support me with WhatsApp very fast when needed. For sure I will go back to this place another time. I loved the place, the managers and it's only 2 minutes from bus station Museo Nacional bus M86 (airport) and 5 minutes walk from the mall. The mini kitchen have all you might need to cook and eat properly. They are very conscientious."

"A bit small rooms but comfortable with fridge/minibar, big safety box and small desk/chair. Good beds. Pillows could be better. Overall very clean. TV with US-CNN (not Spanish). Well working Wi-fi. Better than average breakfast -buffet. Free coffee 24h. Safe parking in small courtyard -limited space. Helpful non-English speaking staff. Located on a quiet street but a bit far from downtown. Not that many restaurants nearby. A good hotel for the money."
