Due to the low occupancy in the hotel, there are plenty of space around the pool etc, but only 1 of their 3 restaurants are open. 2 major drawbacks; food quality in restaurant is way below average and overpriced for what it is - example a pizza is 400 pesos and quality worse than pizza hut. "So the property that we booked for was closed because it was destroyed due to a hurricane in 2023. We were taken to its sister property not far from this property and the Mayan Palace was really awesome. Rooms were overall great and mostly everything was working.
