We booked the trip months in advance for us and our kids. 24 hours before we drove down we get an email telling us they were overbooked and we can either have our money back or put us a lower-class hotel, Then they told us it's because of unexpected construction in the hotel, Then they told us they just didn't get enough rooms booked for this week so they closed the entire hotel for the week. Never had such horrible experiences and zero real apologies!
