"We really appreciated the proximity to the beach, an easy walk across the street! Also, the free trolley stop was right at the front of the condos. The amenities in the condo room were lean. Bring your own coffee! But we spent little time there anyway. "

"This unit is exactly as described. Clean, quiet, comfy bed and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The building is still under construction from the storms so the pool area was roped off and a bit cramped but that will ease up once it’s done. The only very very minor negative about the unit is the lack of beach equipment (which the owner is very upfront about in the listing) . "Spent 4 wonderful nights in this beautiful, well maintained and well stocked gulf front condo.Balcony is huge and comfortable. This is not your typical rental it’s more like a home with everything you need. Totally updated exactly like photos. Parking is easy and property management are friendly and professional. "

"The location was great. The unit had been newly painted and decorated and looked nice. However the furniture, couch, bedding and mattresses specifically need replacing. Also the tile floors need to be cleaned. The description of having a half bath was a little misleading as a toilet and sink were installed in a storage closet with the hot water heater and beach supplies.
