"Absolutely lovely,helpful staff and convenient location in walking distance from Port Vila. Regrettably the property needs maintenance and updating. The water for showers is lukewarm, the internet needs updating as iit was unavailable and the lagoon can't be used due to pollution from sewerage. It has potential if some money is spent on the facilities."

"Rigtig lækkert hotel med god service. Dog tog de meget overpris for transfer til/fra lufthavnen. Maden på hotellet er velsmagende og fair priser. Beliggenheden et godt stykke fra centrum/markedet men en taxa er billig at tage. "

Power points arent working, fan turn on no control full blast only. "We spend nine relaxed days here. In the first room we got, the internet did not work. Then we were upgraded to a very spacious penthouse apartment with a beautiful view, modern furnished and equipped. At first sight it looked very good, but unfortunately several things needed repair and a thorough cleening ought to be done. "Absolutely stunning jungle/ river property, lush and green. The large house is very spacious. It was comfortable in the July weather. Plenty of room and beds for our family of 6. Property is off grid so some issues with hot water that were rectified. We’re told we would have daily house keeping, which didn’t happen once, but we were ok with the washing machine. If we had asked, I’m sure it would have been provided. Accessing the tours and using the river was a highlight for our family. - no fly...
