"The property was very clean and conveniently attached to a restaurant/bar. The staff were AMAZING! The young lady at the reception desk was full of smiles and let us borrow a uk plug for our chargers! We only brought America plugs! Also, Sara Jean in the restaurant was absolutely wonderful! She made me feel very welcome and gave us some good advice for what to do in York! It was such a great experience! I recommend if you’re looking for a quiet spot out in the country! "

"Loved staying at Carberry Tower, a small, cosy place that makes you feel welcome the moment you step in. The hotel isnt perfect, but it was everything we dreamed of, when visiting scotland for the first time. Authentic, with lovely rooms and settings for our vacation. Especially the 1st floor was perfect for downtime relaxation, playing games or reading a book. I will hope to return one day!"

"We were in Edinburgh for an extra few nights unexpectedly and booked “3 Johns Place” last minute. We absolutely loved it! The bed was comfortable, the room was spotless, the shower was new and modern. I would give it more stars if I could.

"We had a very nice stay at Norton Hotel House and spa. We did only stay for one night, and that was in fact really a shame since this hotel offers some real nice facility for relaxation. Besides that the staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was excellent and the room was comfy. All though location is convenient close to the airport you get the feeling of being out in a lovely countryside when arriving at the Hotel. All in all a great hotel - no matter how long you are planning to stay."
