"This Inn is a good value. The property is getting older and looking a bit run down. This Inn is in a nice location, near I-80 and also right on Pennsylvania Route 18, so it's easy to get into Hermitage and Sharon."

Old and not maintained
"The hotel is old and not maintained at all. Wallpaper is falling down the walls. Lots of unclosed holes in the walls. Air condition at one room was so old and noisy that it wasn’t possible using when sleeping. Breakfast isn’t breakfast but some fruit, which was disgusting, and some premade thing ..."

This was great!
"My two children and I stayed at the Blue Shutters Inn when we visited Ohio to bury my parent’s ashes at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. I have relatives in Austintown and this was the perfect location. The Inn was so very cozy and comfortable for us and gave us a great base of operations. ..."

Wonderful and relaxing pool/hot tub
"The hot tub/pool was wonderful. If I could give one piece of criticism it would be to change the pool cover position. When the cover is open, it blocks the patio making it difficult to socialize with people on the patio while you are in the pool."
