"Property was as described. But street parking said 2 hour limit. Owner said to ignore sign. But we didn't feel an out of state car parked there 3 days would go unknoticed so we parked on side street 0.5 miles away. Was easy to get to NYC on public transport 3 days in a row. Stairs were a little steep to 3rd floor for me in my late 70s."

"Fourth floor walk up. No elevator. Just basics plus coffee. Two small bedrooms and kitchen area, all crowded with beds. Good a/c and wifi. Excellent location, close to Central Park, shopping, restaurants, transportation."

"Great value! I would definitely stay again!"

"The location great. Very convenient to upper west side. That was the positive. The negatives- kitchen was not very clean. We ended up using plastic utensils as several forks and knives were dirty.- coffee maker didn’t work- debris on ground of kitchen- the apartment is dark! The pictures are not totally reflective- no AC in the main bedroom. Window AC in the main room- only 1 key!! Not sure how you can sleep 8 people and only have 1 key. That required a lot of juggling- host was somewhat...

The key pick up is close to the advertised location and the address is actually about ten blocks north east. 2 - The communication with the host was very poor. It’s seems like an automated message that didn’t respond accurately. We ...

It really looked quite scary. What made the apartment feel bizarre was there was no real living room. It did NOT have a couch or table as in the photo on line. The previous living room and dining room had been turned into a bedroom which had two large (double or queen) beds and the bunk bed (as pictured) with a...

"Do not book this apartment. We were not provided with check in information and were left scrambling (in the rain) trying to find another place to stay in New York, one day before the Football World Cup final, when accommodation was extremely scarce and very expensive. This host should be removed from VRBO."
