"Extremely Impressive with it's tiny size but yet, having all that was needed. Perfect."

"Great location for downtown New Smyrna."

"After i found my email for the directions to check in everything was smooth. The location was great, the pool only steps away from my room. It was me and my two children. The beach also was only steps away from the room. The room was great, no complaints there. The only thing that was going on was construction on the very top floor but it didn't really get in the way of our vacation but it was kinda loud in the mornings. I would definitely stay again in the future. Thanks"

"Some of the best communication and care from a VRBO that I’ve ever experienced. The place was beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home. There were some hk and maintenance issues that the owner took ownership of and has made steps to address.Overall- this is a great place to vacation. My only heads up is- if you are vacationing with 4 people, bathroom access is a challenge. When the bedroom door is closed and you’re sleeping in the living room, your access to the bathroom is gone...

"Awesome beach access. Clean pools and had bbq grills. Room was exceptional"

"The room needs updating, I realize that when windy the sliding glass doors will get salt and sand but they were not cleaned prior to our visit as there were hand prints on the outside. Needs new blinds and blankets. Other than that it was clean. The location is good. The host was very friendly and quick to respond. They are doing some construction in the entrance. "

"Great condo and location"

"Top notch all the way around accommodations were above and beyond If you’re looking for a little slice of heaven and some quality time to recharge, this is your spotWill definitely be returning"

"Great location. Super clean, beach view and walking distance to Flagler Ave. Great place to stay!"

"Was clean and enjoyed having place to put the boat safely"

"Amazing location and a beautiful condo. The pool was heated and the condo is in great condition. The view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing. Looking forward to coming back next year!"

"Wonderful view and access to beach"

"Very cute. Had exactly what I needed. Host was amazing with communication."

"Make sure to read all the check in directions, it’s all there (we just skimmed it and ended up missing the door code, but it’s there). I agree with the others that there weren’t really enough bath towels, but we made it work. There was only one trash bag. Overall, it was a good stay."
