"The house was just what we were looking for on our annual fishing trip to the Albermarle sound. The house was clean and plenty of space to cook and relax with friends. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had, we will visit here again."

"Small flaw with entry lock. But problem resolved quickly. Did not drink coffee I brewed in coffee machine. There was a bug that was poured out. I’m sure bugs are common a everywhere. But otherwise an awesome place to stay. "

"The Bungalow is well laid out, spacious, well furnished and in a fantastic location for exploring Edenton. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed to be able to eat some of our meals at home. We enjoyed the little screened in porch, too. It is definitely a well designed living space and we hope to be able to come back for a longer visit sometime soon."

"We were in the area to fish a Major League Fishing event on the Chowan River. The house and yard are very well maintained. The back porch has nice furniture, and a great view of the Sound. Beautiful sunsets! An added bonus was how friendly the neighbors on both sides are! Definitely plan to come back!"

"The location and physical setup is well above average. Nice and secluded yet close to Elizabeth City and other sights closeby in Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, and the Outer Banks. The house is well equipped kitchen-wise and appeared really clean until we lost a phone and searching into/under things revealed some less-than stellar cleanliness (typical hotel room cleaning pattern). We broke out the vacuum and gave it a good under-the sofa, chairs, beds, etc. cleaning. While there were an...
