"This beautiful house had everything and more! The beds were so comfortable both my cousin and I dreaded returning to our own beds in Texas and Colorado! We slept like 20 year olds. The entire house was immaculate, and the kitchen was stocked with better utensils and pottery than I own. I have 1 suggestion for coffee lovers -- you need at least 2 larger coffee cups for your coffee maker, lol. Thank you for providing such a long-awaited and needed restful vacation abode. I told all my relatives...

"Our vacation 2025 in Lacombe, LA was one for the books for sure, seen and experienced things we never thought we would get to see and do. We have so many memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. The home was so beautiful and peaceful being on the water. We got to see alligators every day while we were staying. The home was so much more beautiful and awesome, the pictures do not show the true beauty this home offers. Laura the host, was the best host ever!! She provided just about everything...

"unfortunately, we reserved this property for myself and my three children as we were bringing in my son’s birthday. When we walked in the property, there was a roach in the master bath, the main door was not clean, there was a smell and mildew. There was visual mildew around the guest bathroom.. for the property managers request. I provided pictures of evidence upon check-in and received. No urgent communication.. unfortunately we lost our money and have not heard back from the property manager...

"Property has space for 2 cars to be in the driveway and there is plenty of street parking. The neighborhood seemed very safe and it was only 5-10 min walk to bus stations. Very comfortable amount of space for 4 people. Not enough cookware though, pots and pans set and spatulas but only a few plates and bowls and 1 coffee mug. No cups. Some paper and plastic plates did seem to be left behind. Plenty of bath towels and the Heat/AC worked very well. This is a duplex with others living in the back...
