Please note, 4-wheel drive vehicles are required to access the property, especially during Pow Mow's epic winter storms, which can sometimes delay plowing and access to the driveway.
For your convenience, the property is just a 15-minute drive to the Valley Market Grocer and local liquor stores, 35 minutes to Snowbasin Ski Resort, and 1 hour and 15 minutes to the Salt Lake City airport.
