"Everything at the lodge was good but could have been great with improved communication. Our family of four arrived at the same time as a group and we were offered the options to joint their tours on an expedited schedule (four days of activities in two days). We joined them for the full day Napo tour and really enjoyed the day but we were very rushed and had no idea what activity was next. "Soweit ich es beurteilen kann, das beste Hotel in Baños. Grosszügige Anlage mit Gehwegen und vielen Pflanzen. Zugang zur Dachterrasse mit Aussicht über Stadt und Tal. Grosser sicheter Parkplatz, guter Service. Hoch über de Stadt ruhig gelegen. "

"El lugar tenía dos perros bravos que realmente nos tenían aterrados a nuestra llegada. No tenían generador de energía por lo que en el apagón tuvimos que bañarnos con agua helada. Un poco descuidada el Hostal como tal."

"Muy sencillo y antiguo el hotel. El ascensor no funciona. Por fortuna eran 3 pisos para subir con maletas. La habitación muy anticuada, el baño nada agradable. Tenía una ventana, con una vista muy fea , a un techo de una casa al lado. No había ni una silla, 1 solo gancho y closet muy estrecho. Muy anticuado. Nada de shampoo y con jabón pequeño de barra muy mala calidad."
