"A nice stay when landing in Quito, however the hostel is not the most modern and the rooms are rough and are characterized by being in the country and close to nature (means that there may be spiders). There is a pool that looked nice, but was not in function when we where there marts 2016, neither was spa. The staff is really nice and are very easy to talk to and help you on your journey forward on! That is really awesome!"

"For starters, they cancelled one of my two reservations for no reason. They couldn’t give me an appropriate response, and my suspicion is that they did it on purpose to give my room to someone else. Additionally, the website says they offer parking and breakfast included which was rejected once I asked about it. The service was terrible and they did not made me feel comfortable nor welcomed.
