"First off the photos do not do the property justice. The home is nestled into an unassuming neighborhood with a partial view of Mt. Rainier. The host was amazing with communication, and allowed us to check in early due to our flight arrangements. There is a first floor bedroom, and adjacent 3/4 bathroom which worked well for the person with mobility issues. The kitchen and dining room was spacious enough for family meals. Upstairs the bedrooms were very large, made up with comfortable linens....

"Our week at the comfy and cozy Mountain House was a fantastic getaway with our pets. The house has everything needed for outdoor activities, cooking, and relaxing. The location is really close to the National Park with lots of great hiking trails and amazing scenery. The hot tub is a luxurious treat, rain or shine. April is quick to respond to all communications and a really gracious host. We look forward to a return trip."

"Nice location about 15 minutes to the Nisqually entrance to Mt Rainer National Park. The house is well suited for two couples and some kids. It was clean with all the comfort' of home. The neighborhood is quite and easy to walk. Besides the national park, there are many national forest trails in the area."

"This house fit all 9 of us comfortably. The old house is a little creaky, but has lots of character. Having three bathrooms was a plus! It has absolutely everything. All the kitchen stuff you would need, lots a games and puzzles, a large deck and yard with lots of outdoor furniture and even a propane heater and fire table. We stayed there for my son's wedding at Thornewood Castle, and my whole family had a great time."

"Wow, I couldn’t of picked a more perfect place for a weekend solo getaway. It was just what I needed to step away from the grind and find some peace. Amazing tiny house with all the accommodations, and the best view in Packwood. Will return!"

"Because we had three children with us, it was very convenient that the place had adequate room down stairs and upstairs. Our baby was able to crawl around, explore and play with siblings. My favorite amenity was the deep bathtub which is what I look for first in a home. Overall, this has been the best one my family has stayed at and the price was so reasonable."
