"My family of 6 and I stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday. My 80 yr old parents live in Southampton but we decided to rent instead of burdening them w/guests. The house had a great layout on the first floor w/everything needed for the holiday, which was great. Walkable to town and Tate's Bake Shop, definitely a plus. Beautiful neighborhood. "The house was conveniently located to the beach, but also had a lovely heated pool for afternoon relaxation. The host was communicative and readily available should any questions arise. The house instructions given to us by the host were very thorough and helpful. "

"We stayed at the Villiage gem for a fortnight and it was lovely. The house is a typical Hamptons cedar cottage and has a lot of charm. It’s a great location south of the highway and easy walk from the LIRR. AJ was great at communicating and even left us a note and package of Tates cookies (a famous Southampton company), which was very thoughtful.
