"The property was clean, well maintained, safe and secured. The layout of the interior was impressive, very spacious and comfortable, loved the design. 👌We didn't encounter any problems really except that the dispensers in the bathrooms weren't 100% functional and more attention is required to the pool maintenance. Will I use this property again? Most definitely 👍Best suited for a large group/family looking to spend quality time, make memories and have FUN!!!!"

So there is more than adequate space whethet you are entertaini g guests or have older children. The villa is very close to the pool. "We had an issue with our reservation, but the staff at Pigeon Point Heritage Park went above and beyond to accommodate us. The property was extremely comfortable. There are eating places on site open from lunch to dinner. We opted to take advantage of the full kitchen and cook most of our meals. "The Villa was perfect for our needs and comes with beach mats, folding chairs and towels. The a/c in the bedrooms were perfect to lower the temp for a solid sleep on great mattresses. The air fryer, and George Foreman grill in the kitchen came with enough plates and cooking areas for all of us. Internet connection was high speed and worked flawlessly. The small soaking pool was perfect to cool down and enjoy a beverage or while watching a Tobago sunset. Communication with Frank was excellent....

"The property was as advertised inclusive of the photos. The property is in a quiet area and located between Scarborough and Crown point, so accessing either area is quite easy with a vehicle. The villa had all necessary amenities. The highlight of our stay was the view both from our bedroom and the downstairs patio, where we had our breakfast every morning."

"The place is nothing like the pictures and the address does not take you directly to the place. The house is in the middle on nowhere and the house keeper is rude. They didn’t confirm my arrival. Property was locked when I showed up I had to banged on gate and get help from the neighbor for 1 hour before the rude housekeeper came in short no top on and never apologized.
