"We must have been in the oldest room. Carpet that needed replacing, weird angle in the room, bathroom that also had weird angle near toilet and not long enough shower pane. The air up to the 3rd floor was broken so it was brutal walking up to the top. It's not up the hype. We will not be back. We still paid a lot of money to stay here and it was not up to standard."
"Oceanfront room was fine, some areas outdated. Common hall areas dirty, same crumbs and garbage sitting in areas all 3 days we were there. Pool and hottub was drained so closed for 24 hours, so unable to use. Pool area is very humid and smells like chemicals and mildew, makes it hard to breathe and want to use. Bathroom in pool area filthy.
Garbage on lawn/grounds in common outdoor areas that also never got picked up.
We had free breakfast with our room which was nice but it took over an hour...
