"We have been staying in VRBO houses for more than 15 years and this house was one of the best. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-enough equipped to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Comfy chairs were abundant. Several outdoor areas were so inviting we almost hung in them in the rain. Nesting birds included warblers and orioles. One note--do NOT try to access the scenic overlook at fort ransom state park when the road is wet!!! We almost did not make it out; the park should put up...

"My parents and I were in town for a funeral and wanted our own space. This house was wonderful for being able to breathe away from the family stress. My mother loved the little sun room, drinking her tea and watching the birds, the kitchen met all of our needs. It was nice for me to be able to go upstairs and give them the whole downstairs to spread out.
