"Stay at a different hotel. This is the first review I have ever posted and first visit to Vail, I usually just don’t return/support the restaurant or hotel in the future when we have a bad experience. When you travel to Vail you expect a nice resort and this one was so disappointing. We stayed in a room called a Luxury Room King Bed which was an upgraded king room with balcony. The balcony was below ground level with view of walls. Our room was dirty with bugs and hair on the floors and sinks....
"Really only thing we wish is that there was a bigger outdoor sitting area, other than that. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good and hotel staff was spot on."
"Gratis parkering. Hotellet ligger midt i Vail så der er ikke langt til butikkerne. Var der i slutningen af oktober/starte af november, hvilket er deres 'off season' så mange restauranter havde desværre lukket. Området er rigtig flot og lægger op til nogle fine vandreture."
"Room #2, above the reception desk, was filthy. There was soap scum all over the tub. Even worse, there was no curtain or blind in the bathroom window in front of the toilet and shower. That window faces Main Street in Frisco.
This hotel is lying when they say they have parking. They have about 20 rooms, but only about 6 parking spots."
