"We have stayed in several locations around Knoxville while visiting UT Medical. Old City is our favorite, and this loft was clean, comfortable, fun, and steps away from unique dining destinations and a short walk to Market Square. We had delicious dinner at Fiori, and for breakfast we did the short drive to Kern Food Hall and ate at Eggspectation. Definitely recommend a trip to Kern Food Hall. Check in/out was easy, & the host was very patient and helpful when we had a booking glitch on our end....

"Great place to stay in Maryville. It was close to several good restaurants. It was also located close to the Great Smoky Mountains, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Knoxville. We were also close to the Bronco Off-Roadeo, which is the main reason for our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. The noise from the restaurant below did not bother me but my husband was a little more sensitive to the noise. We would definitely stay here again."

"Clean, well-appointed, well-maintained, comfortable. Good central location--seems like nothing was more than 15 minutes away. Check-in and out were easy and communication was great.Family of three spent a week here while visiting family. Our 12-yr old was comfortable on the fold-out.The couple of issues (absolutely not under the owners' control) were addressed quickly and appropriately.We would absolutely stay here again."

"I really enjoyed my stay. The host has made this a comfortable, well thought out place, with everything I needed. The kitchenette was well supplied for my simple breakfast. And communication was quick and helpful. The nearby yacht club, with Tennessee River and Mountain Views, was a very nice place for dinner. I would be happy to stay again if the opportunity comes up."

"Had one lovely evening together watching stars outside balcony area overlooking pool deck below us while sipping drinks bought from bar inside afterward earlier just shortly beforehand entering back inside later eventually still afterwards return back later onward though all cozy relaxed feelings built up nicely then accordingly directly after anyway too surely!"

"This loft is perfect for a stay in Knoxville. Great location, close to may restaurants, bars, etc. Also very walkable to UTK. The loft has everything you need, including parking (included) just a short block away. The unit is very quiet and clean. It has large windows and a great view of the sunrise making it very light and open inside. Beds are comfortable and bathroom good size and clean. Communication was top notch. A very enjoyable stay that I would recommend to others."
