"They unit was clean all appliances were in good condition as well as the furnishings. The heating and cooling systems fan was noisy but provided comfortable temperature levels quickly. Instructions for operation of the TV would be helpful it went to a blank screen or froze multiple times. The stay was enjoyable and the items mentioned above were not something that would prevent a return or a recommendation."

"We were in town for the Sapa Winter Guard competition. At Luxury Downtown Oasis, a secure parking space was reserved for us and instructions were very clear to get in to the building and our space. The unit itself was clean and perfect for our family of 4 (Two adults, two teens). We planned to walk the 30 minutes to McKenzie Arena, but decided it was too cold. Overall, we had a nice stay here. "The place was nice and clean. Very well stocked kitchen, towels and toiletries! Loved the balcony furniture and view. Close proximity to the pools and close to elevator. The only thing I will say about the listing was there were no games or Aerobed available which should be updated in the listing for the property to reflect the most accurate information. Not a big deal as the bunk beds comfortably fit 2 teenagers and we went to buy games. Overall, I would book this condo again. "

"We had a wonderful stay - booking was easy and communication was superb. This space was perfect for our family of five and it was an easy distance to everything. "This place was absolutely perfect. Perfect location. Beautiful and simple. Parking was a breeze, and check in was the easiest we’ve experienced. It is listed above a bar, but honestly it wasn’t a bother! Everyone was very kind. The only reason I gave a 4 rating is because you’re on the second floor and you can hear EVERYTHING from the third floor. Walking, talking, etc. You could hear more from the 3rd floor than you could the Bar. Never the less, we will stay here again and pray no one is...

"The heat wouldn’t stay set. Everyday we had to set it then come in and reset . Light switches wouldn’t work right. Back shower water never got hot . Electrical plug in first bedroom needs to be fastened into wall, near dresser. Back bedroom you couldn’t open the closet. Door wouldn’t slide on carpet. A ice maker would be nice. Location is great .
