"Brad is an amazing host. He gave us some great recommendations for Denver and was always very responsive. I highly recommend you stay with then if you plan to visit Denver"

"Great location and the front deck/ porch is amazing "

"Modern, well appointed and close to downtown and the airport."

"Could use more lamps/light."

"Perfect place for our needs. We came for our daughters wedding and our stay was perfect. Thank you for taking part of the stress away."

"Convenient location and enough bedrooms for our 5 adults and 2 grandkids (ages 8 & 10)."

"Great communication, clean home, excellent location. However, listing says “entire home with 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms” but there is only 1 bathroom, 5 bedrooms, and a permanent (locked) tenant room. We had 6 people in our party and one bathroom is not enough. Would have booked somewhere else had the listing been accurate."

"The property is very cozy and well maintained. It’s close to any dining, transportation, entertainment experience you’ll want to discover. It is well stocked with kitchen/linen amenities. Comfortable and relaxing. The host was very quick to respond to questions about the property as well as forthcoming with info regarding local activities. Although it’s the basement apartment of the main house, upstairs noise was not an issue… very quiet! Colorful host artwork throughout…cheery. Greeter...

"Beautiful rental close to the university and trails. Very comfortable, clean and in a beautiful neighborhood."

"Perfect getaway for the visiting grandparents!!"

"Awesome property and great location for my team for the work commute we had while there. Tons of restaurants near the location."

"easy access .. quiet and safe street. recommended"

"First of all our hostess, Cristina, was a sweetheart! The place was very easy to get to. and close to many shops. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely go back."

"Place was clean with comfortable beds. Host provided Keurig coffee pods as well as some shower necessities which is always nice. If you want an area you can walk around or walk to places this is not it, but if you just need a place to stay and drive to where you need to go this was great."

"Overall great experience, the beds were comfortable, the place was clean and it was exactly what we expected. There was a heat advisory the weekend we were there and the AC unit had some trouble keeping the bedrooms cool some of the time but other than that we had no complaints!"

"Beautiful home, large kitchen and family room. Clean and tidy. Was a perfect home away from home."
