"I find it very difficult to review this. The staff were absolutely lovely as were the other guests. However, I felt very misled by the advertising. It was extremely noisy (I was woken at 4 am by footsteps above my room and as the people upstairs were dancers, I cannot think anything except it has zero sound insulation). I also didn’t realize it would not provide towels. I paid £95 and then was expected to pay £2 for a towel. Breakfast included was rice crispies or oats. Completely misleading...

"Uengageret personale. Beskidt og meget lille værelse. Matcher ikke med billederne på Expedia. Ligger et pænt stykke fra centrum. Men skal tilkøbe håndklæde for 4 pund. Jeg forventede at håndklædet ville være inkluderet i en pris på 1000 kr Per nat. Dårligt til prisen. Vi kommer ikke igen."
