Moteller i East Louisville

"They gave me the wrong room key 2 different times no hot water drug traffic right outside my door and to me I was not allowed back on premises because my husband had a seizure outside in the car in there parking lot"

"Am disability they put me in a room that was all the in the back they seen me walking with a walker. Never asked me a once moved me. I asked them about a handicap ♿️ room. Black mold in the the bathroom . It was hard own me I just out of rehabilitation learn how to walk again. Bathroom locked own me . Roaches in the bathroom."

"For the price this is a good deal - overall I was happy with my stay. The location is central with lots of things around. Great to have breakfast included too. Rooms and amenities are dated but not beyond what I was expecting."

"I recently stayed at this motel and was thoroughly disappointed. The rooms were noticeably dirty, with stains on the carpets, grime in the bathroom, and an overall unhygienic feel that made my stay unpleasant. The location is also in a bad area, with sketchy surroundings and little safety in sight. Given these issues, I would not recommend this motel to anyone looking for a clean, safe place to stay."

"Clean Rooms, i had made reservation 1 week in advance, n i had to tell the owners Son 3 x i have a reservation, but he didnt see it or ignored it , you gotta watch them they will stick it to u if possible"

"The owners are a royal piece of crap, very rude very obnoxious come into your room without knocking even with do not disturb up you put your trash and towels out they take them you don't get none back. The staff at the front desk except for the owners are nice and helpful. Sad thing is the owner of super 8 also owns the majority of the ones in shepherdsville"
