"This apartment is very lovely, clean, and modern; once I got into the apartment, I was super impressed/happy! Unfortunately, the check in process was not smooth for me and resulted in me having to check in to a hotel at 2am. Though the host did everything to rectify the situation after the fact, it is something I feel everyone should be aware of, for all VRBO reservations, not solely for this property. I had notified the host that I would be arriving late due to travel, but didn't notice that...

"The process getting the ode to get in was kind of a pain because it was last minute, but that's also on me because I reserved this for my employees so our communication could have been the issue. Getting it the day of check in made it difficult."
