The dual brew ninja coffee maker is a nice addition. I have never experienced a rental where the host responded to messages as quickly as...

"Where do I begin--- 1) upon checking in Friday a maintenance guy was parked in the driveway so I had to contact the owner where to park since the property is on a very narrow road and there is no available street parking, 2) maintenance guy was on the property for almost 2 hours to get heat and hot water working, 3) I was instructed to turn up the heat to heat up the water (that didn't work, couldn't take comfortable warm showers at bedtime after a long travel day), 3) left early in the morning...
