"Host was responsive to all questions askedLake was visible but not easily excess-able, but once there it was the highlight of the trip for our grandkids."

"Great place! "

"All aspects of our stay were excellent!"

"Historic home in great shape for 1795. The only concern for me was the steep steps to the upstairs with my bad knees. The bedrooms upstairs are spacious and lots of beds. It is a perfect place for a big gathering. Plenty of kitchen equipment, pots/pans/dishes/glassware/serving dishes to entertain. The host, Yvette, was amazing. She responded very quickly with any question. The best I've ever dealt with."

"Cute, quiet little property, very clean! Lots of thought put into the amenities offered. Great communication w/host. Enjoyed my stay very much, thank you!"

"Very lovely home! We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again!"

"Lovely detached house close to beach and other interesting places to visit. There was plenty of space for 4 adults, a five year old and a toddler. We loved the reclining lounge chairs and having 2 full bathrooms. Aircon was great too."

"Nice and clean. And on a quiet street. Nice deck that could use some tlc."

"Excellent on all points!"

"Lovely house - excellently equipped and fun decor. The owner was gracious and flexible and the location is beautiful. "

The Expedia representative told me that the host was being difficult with them as well, claiming that they could not understand them. The host still charged us the full $250 cleaning fee for the one night stay. Multiple light bulbs in the house were not working, paint removed from walls, loose railing on...
