"Our little dog loved exploring and running around in the back yard! There were lots of places to eat that were within walking distance, and several parks nearby. There was a brief issue with the code to get in, but the host was immediately available and it was quickly resolved. The bed was also had one of the most comfortable mattresses we’ve ever slept on!"

"The location of this unit is awesome. You find yourself in the middle of everything Richmond has to offer. The fact that it is the old Floodzone was super cool! I saw a few shows in there during the 1990s. The interior of the unit was super clean and probably had the nicest furniture of any of the VRBOs we have stayed. Parking is a bit tight as it is street parking. I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness but the lobby area had trash and there was leaking pipe,from the second floor,...

This place is unremarkable, pictures on the site are unrepresentative and service is horrible. 1) service: This hotel is in the gold hotel.com rewards program.
