"Older cottage, but clean and freshened up with paint. Small, but had everything you needed, including fans in every room, books, games, kitchen ware. Beds were not that comfortable for the older folks, fine for the younger ones. Shared access to kayaks, canoe, and paddle boards was a huge plus! "My husband and I stayed 2 nights here for our 10 year anniversary. We had a family wedding in Manchester VT which was an easy and quick ride from there. I could not have asked for better hosts! The house has the best layout with multiple levels, all with their own deck and bathroom. I am already planning my fall getaway here for at least 3-4 nights. "This cottage on Lake Saint Catherine is perfect for a quiet getaway in a quaint Vermont town, especially if you love to fish or boat. The house has been updated with new kitchen features and a new shower. It has been stocked with a thoughtful supply of kitchen items and linens and was squeaky clean throughout.
