"Stephan was a great host, welcomed us and gave us great local tips. A peaceful spot, lovely views and comfy bed. The fresh ground coffee was a lovely bonus. Our visit was everything we'd hoped for at a great price."

"Comfortable, well appointed, welcoming, classy"

"Place was exceptional. Not sure about what happens with the service. Do we wash the towels ourselves and make the bed. We went away to golf for the day and the towels had not been replaced and the bed was not made. Our dishes were still on the bench so I cleaned it all up myself. Looked through your listing"

"Absolutely 💯 for children Absolutely 💯 adults absorbed the care and privacy Absolutely 💯 sea views and walks. Sunny weather superb. We relaxed with serenity Thank-you."

"Great place to stay for a few nights with our wee dog. Had everything we needed. Was clean and tidy. Close to beach acess and off street parking too. Thank you to the hosts. Would reccomend."

"Amazing location, views of the ocean, comfy bed and amazingly accommodating hosts"

"The best equipped stay we had. Very clean, helpful, friendly hosts. You can really rest here. Highly recommended, price is very good for what you get."

"Joan and Alf who live upstairs were extremely nice and helpful. Everything was neat and clean, bathroom is modern and the kitchenette was well set up although we didn't really use it as we ate out. For us the location in Ahuriri away from the city centre was perfect. Off street parking, walk to the village, several pubs for evening drinks or cafes for morning coffee. Napier turned on the weather too which was a bonus. Good value spot in a great part of town. Would highly recommend for short...

"Had a good time at the StudioIt was easy to check in and park the outside looked a little worse for wear especially when you arrive at night. but the inside was nice modern and clean so can't complain too much. The only issues i had was the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable idk if its my height or what but i had to lay a bit diagonally to not feel the frame. And the extractor fan could use a clean but no real issues to speak of."

"The property was excellent how we should be notified of the extra parking fee should be advertised rather then included when you make the booking"

"Dirty with broken cupboard and blind and they take 200 for damages without telling you which made our booking process a nightmare then had trouble getting the 200 back.somethings weird with this one"

"Very well located in City with dining options within walking distance.Super comfy beds and facilities. Excellent communication with hosts. Would highly recommend booking with them - and in fact we have booked another property with them in 2 weeks time.Highly recommend ."

"Great little spot in Napier. We were working in Hastings so this wasn’t very far away from both Hastings and Napier town. Great value with our own driveway. Great for a trailer."
