"Amazing Customer Service from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Friendly staff in all parts of the Hotel. Clean rooms , comfy pillows , bed was ok. Great food especially the Pumpkin Ravioli."

"Haven’t stayed at the star in years, was a nice hotel, and we got an upgrade to a suite as it was my partners b’day! Room was spacious and clean, quite nicely/modernly designed considering the last visit was 20 years ago. Had a delicious meal at Sokyo and finished the night with some roulette and music. All round pleasant experience! "
