"Quirky house, that took some getting used to, i did contact the agent/ owner the day before to say there was an extra adult , so as it was 3 bedrooms, there didnt seem to be any problems ? But only 2 rooms were made available, so the 3rd person decided to sleep on the couch. The slide bolts on the outside of the bedroom doors was unsettling as well. Not sure about the chickens in the front yard? And we were concerned about snakes, i did need to give the birds water on a couple of occasions, and...

"We enjoyed our stay for one night in Nicholls it was a lovely quiet spot it was perfect as we had our puppy with us. It was clean quiet and in a perfect location for stopping overnight on our way to the snowy mountains."

"Home was in a good location, easy to get into Canberra central and local shops. House itself is looking it's age, although comfortable. Kitchen was ok but limited utensils and cooking items were also looking aged. Beds are comfortable, shower works well. This could be a lovely place to stay but just felt like the owner didn't want to put a lot of effort into it. No basic supplies in kitchen, no hairdryer, which you would normally get staying in a home on Stayz."

"We loved staying in the gorgeous townhouse in Garran. It is thoughtfully appointed with comfortable furnishings and a very well equipped kitchen. We used it as a base for the festive season as we caught up with extended family who live nearby. We also loved the close proximity to lots of Canberra’s attractions! "We had a very comfortable stay here with a total of 12 people. Very impressed with the size and cleanliness of the place. We loved the artwork and kitchen appliances provided. My only suggestion to make our stay even better would be more bins and boxes of tissues for the bedrooms, more tea towels in the kitchen and hand towels in the bathrooms."

"The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It is somewhat dated but well maintained, and the local area is always nice to stay around. The air-con was a bit noisy and drowned out the TV somewhat in the loungeroom, and check in was a little hit and miss, but that was due to miscommunication on both sides. "Jeg fravalgte rengøring, men der var pænt og rent da jeg kom. Når jeg ikke giver topkarakter skyldes det kun at hoveddøren var mindre end rammen, og derfor var der til tider koldt. Ellers rigtig fint sted. Udlejning af cykler 1,50 Aud pr time, og en lille hyggelig gårdhave. Tæt på gode indkøbsmuligheder så man kan bruge køkkenet. Personalet var venlige og hjælpsomme ved spørgsmål. "
