I can understand your frustration and this recent stay with us. I cannot find your booking as you have responded on Expedia site, if you can please contact the hotel directly leave me a voice message with your full name on booking, or hotel confirmation number not Expedia booking number with your contact number I will be more than happy to look at your reservation. As you booked through Expedia not directly with us it's a different matter on how to handle reservation.
