"I absolutely LOVED staying here and wished we had booked a longer stay! The cottage was so sweet and nice. It was exceptionally clean. The couch was wonderful and the TV was great. Parking was easy and the cottage was easy to find. It also had a great location. Kitchen was also nice. I loved the upstairs bedroom. The bed and pillows were so comfy! "Host communication was excellent. Location was ideal, walkable to the Boothbay Harbor attractions. Nice new wooden floors upstairs with the bedrooms. No AC which was fine for our stay. We must have stayed the first of the season, as the negatives were related to this. The toilets were disgusting with a foul odor and green mold on toilet seats, presumably from 9 months of zero use and the maids not cleaning prior to our arrival. Either way they should be replaced. All else with home was fine."

"If you’re looking for a small, secluded, modern-rustic house for a small group, this is one to consider. Great views and location. House was VERY clean; a few housekeeping “issues” were identified and relayed to Jeffrey who was quick to respond. Although we only stayed 2 nights, Jeffrey was a top-notch host who was in constant contact to include dining and activity suggestions to make sure our stay was an enjoyable one……which it was!!!!!"
