Sosuite at The Onyx - Museum District
"I did not like that the refrigerator was broke, the bathroom sink did not drain, the bedroom door knob was broken, and the living room was full of ants. The bell cart had a flat so you couldn’t use it. This place was too expensive to have all of these issues"

Although the staff at the hotel were polite, they did not appear to fully understand or clearly explain the policies ..."
