"Brilliant rural location, but also close to bus and train stops. The final direction to go down the narrow road that says farm only would be helpful. One bedroom is accessed via the single room, which I didn't pick up from the listing. Comfortable, rural house, very friendly and helpful owners. The beautiful beach is about 40 mins walk. "Amazing, spacious and beautiful house. Perfect location for exploring Porthmadog, Snowdonia and Portmeirion. Nice beach 3 min walk from doorstep. We loved it!"

"Myself and my 2 sons and my 3 grandchildren loved the cottage. Lovely place would recommend it very highly. Never had any interaction with the people who owned the cottage. Would definitely go back. Thank you."

"Ignore the unloved, unkempt garden that greets you. Inside is a TARDIS that is very clean and a good size with a large immaculate bathroom and generous bedrooms. Really enjoyed our stay."

"The lovely cottage was not as clean as it could be. Great location, comfy bed and furniture, finished to a high standard, lovely log burner and decor. "
