"It's a quiet and peaceful stay, perfect for a short getaway, the room is spotless, also we got everything we needed there. Tim and his little helper, the Rottweiler are so friendly and enthusiastic. Overall is nice, would give them a 10 out of 10!"

"Great spot in Akaroa just past the lighthouse. The house was very well set up with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. When we arrived the fire was already going and there was milk and chocolate in the fridge for us. The location was quiet and private. The driveway was not the easiest to navigate and found parking at the cemetery and then a short walk was easiest for us.Giving two thumbs up for this property and would recommend. Many thanks"

"Everything was great. The only thing I would say is the aircon is downstairs with the bedroom upstairs. Even with the aircon on full blast the upstairs stayed incredibly hot (It was a very hot weekend). I found the fan on the second night and that helped a lot. overall a great place to stay and I will be back."

"There were two couples traveling. The home’s location was ideal, in a quiet neighborhood, up a hill with a beautiful ocean view. The hill does cause the driveway to be quite steep. There are also stairs immediately as you enter to ascend to get to the living part of the residence. Only mentioning that if you have issues walking or carrying luggage.The home was equipped with everything we needed, minus a BBQ, which would have been perfect out on the very nice deck overlooking the ocean.
