"Thanks for sharing your welcoming cottage for our stay! We enjoyed kayaking and I took the rowboat out and caught a 20” LMB across the Lake from the decision city. The anchor rope broke as it was frayed at the end. Also the ants were very assertive in the kitchen until we put all food in the refrig.Best regards Tom and Sylvia"

"We had a wonderful time at Spruce Haven! We used it as a basecamp for a family reunion with our cousins at Elk Lake. The kids and grandkids had a great time on the pond fishing, riding in the peddle boat and using the stand-up paddle boards. We all took advantage of the trails around the property, the firepit, the par-2 golf hole, the vast lawn and all the great "toys" that were provided. Our Elk Lake family loved it when we had them over for burgers and dogs cooked on the Blakstone grill. ...

"This home exceeded expectations! So many details thought of ahead of time and ready for our arrival:Fire starters and split wood ready to go. "Beautiful view of the pond, was very relaxing to sit in front of the window and watch the sunset. Wonderful updated kitchen. Overall a great place to stay! The only thing we found a little tough to navigate was that since the fire pit is only a few feet from the pond and built into the hillside, it made it difficult to fit multiple people around it. "
