"Great porch on second floor and the highlight of the property. Pier and dock were very nice. Beach was very unique feature for the Rappahannock River. A tidal marsh next door was a very quiet neighbor. Very quiet and safe area. We are planning to return in 2027 for a loner stay."

"I have to politely disagree with the ratings for this house. While it is beautiful, there are several significant downsides.There is no safe way to access the water from the pier. The ladder did not reach the water, was in two pieces, and came with no instructions. Fishing line was also strung across ..."
