"The house is exactly as pictured but they don’t do it justice. From the moment we opened the door it was nothing short of a perfect 4 days. Jamie and Lisa are welcoming and ensure everything is thought of. The only part of the stay that was a bummer was having to leave. "

"Lovely cottage with a beautiful garden, spotless and well-equipped. We received a warm welcome with a basket with bread, butter, milk, fruit and delicious home-made jam! Parking the car can be a bit of a challenge for the driver who is used to a steeringwheel on the other side ;-) Perfectly situated to explore both Edinburgh and Glasgow as well as the Highlands. This was our first visit and we would really like to come back sometime. "

"This flat is simply the perfect base from which to explore Edinburgh. It's super clean and quiet (though the upstairs neighbor can be loud, bring earplugs), has all the amenities you need, the wee garden is beautiful (such a restful oasis in the midst of a bustling city!), and it's extremely conveniently located close to all the major sights, bus tours, shopping, parks... The only thing we'd suggest is that they provide an extra set of sheets and a duvet so you can use the pull out couch. There...

"After a long drive to get there it was lovely to dump the cases and get into the hot tub. The accommodation was better than expected and we both enjoyed our stay there. We were told that the drive was a wee bit tight but other than that, no issues"

"We wanted for nothing more in the very clean Murray Cottage. The equipment is comprehensive and the furnishings are very tasteful. The AGA cooker is fantastic and the garden is enchanting. The nearby Gannuck Inn (three houses down) and the shopping facilities in Stirling made our stay perfect. The host is very friendly and accommodating. By far the best accommodation we have ever had! We would love to come back."
