"Wow, what a gem in Downtown Duluth! I'm sad we couldn't stay longer. Brand new property, very clean and well-appointed with all the comforts of home. Staff were very helpful at check-in and gave detailed instructions on accessing the room, parking etc. Room was beautiful, large and squeaky clean. Bed/pillows were very comfortable and linens absolutely spotless. Great location with easy access to dining, shops and bars. "Everything except great food options, except at breakfast. Otherwise all amenities you might need. Good food across the bridge and limited water view. "

"Great location for Canal Oark area. Easy parking . Good breakfast - hot and cold cereal, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, bread products with toaster, yogurt, fresh whole fruit, coffee, milk. Clean room. Mid amount of street noise in the morning - garbage truck, delivery truck, etc"

"Staff was friendly, but the building is very run down. Room was in a newer section but still looks like it could use work. Bathroom was in ruff shape. Hate to see what the older rooms looked like."
