"Was a little worried at first, as friends familiar with Dublin were hesitant about the safety of the neighborhood. Ultimately there were no problems, the property felt safe, and even when strolling in the evening, my family of 6 had a wonderful first visit to Dublin. The townhouse itself was comfortable, and clean, and the host was VERY prompt with answering questions, giving advice about how to get a cab to the airport, and checking in to make sure we were good. "This is truly a special place. We were a multi-generational group. My mom, my grandmother who is 93, my three sons ranging in age from 9 years to 10 months, and myself. I am not sure where to begin. The entire home is beautifully restored while still maintaining its old-world charm. We marveled at every detail from the flowers framing the window to the cut lavender in the bedroom. They have 2 sheep on the property (gated away) that we passed by on our walk through the woods (watch out for pesky nettle in Ireland)! Great hospitality from Eva (the caretaker) and the bread and jam basket was lovely. Clean and heat worked well. Plenty of parking if need be. Full kitchen stocked with everything we needed, even a French press! Ciaran had great communication and responded quickly to any questions we had before...
