"This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. Each time, everything has been great! I checked in a little bit early this time and she was willing for me to come back to her place to clean up before I drove for 3 hours back home. I didn't, but she offered which I thought was very nice. I highly recommend this place!"

"Spent 2 nights here and couldn’t have asked for a better location! It was walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and breweries. Will definitely stay again!"

"Perfect location to enjoy all that downtown Dubuque has to offer! The Loft is very comfortable, extremely clean, and well stocked with everything needed for a pleasant stay. A nice coffee shop downstairs and excellent restaurants within a few blocks. Jenn is a very responsive, kind host."

"One of the cleanest and most updates updated places we’ve stayed. Ken was responsive when we needed something. We would stay here again!"

"I would have loved to be able to leave a better review/rating but unfortunately their were too many hiccups and disturbances to allow that. The host, Kayden, was very accommodating and friendly. We were able to check in early and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. The inside was very clean and had everything you could need. "Ken is great! Super responsive and helpful. The place is clean and spacious and great location. It has everything one could need."

"Everything about this experience was great. The communication and guidance to the location was very helpful. The rental besides being very clean, it gave a peaceful destressing feeling. Would recommend 100%"

"Had private (off the street) parking, walking distance to nice amenities. Very clean and thoughtful hosts of property. Nicest stay I've ever had traveling."

"The condo is nice, we were in town for a short stay and for my wife and I, it was exactly what we wanted. For a one bedroom condo it is spacious in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. The bathroom is cozy though. It’s on the second level which is probably just something I overlooked. We would stay there again."

"Very comfortable and roomy space. Great for relaxing in the evening after exploring Dubuque and the sounding areas. We ate out (many restaurants to try), so we didnt use the kitchen, but it was stocked with what we would have needed to cook. Very comfortable bed (that is so critical to us). Loved the back porch for sitting outside (or the front porch would also be good if you'd prefer shade). Thanks!!"
