However, most of all the customer service is outstanding with all staff members going the extra mile to welcome us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Special shoutout to Stan who was so lovely and really made us feel right at home. This was the best service I have experienced anywhere....

The Byron is immaculately maintained and sparkling clean. Everything about is spoke of care and great attention to detail. "The studio had an ideal location. In 5 minutes you could reach almost any destination in Old town. The studio was very Well equipped and the beds were fantastic. The decor was so nice and the restoration was very true to the original. Breakfast was at a nearby restaurant and there were 4 variations to choose from. - The soundproofing was amazing. The windows blocked outside noise completly, even though there was a busy street right outside the window.
- The service was great, the staff (Or was it the owner? I am not sure. Her name was Romana.) was super helpful with everything! She helped us to find places to visit, routes to walk to different destinations, and even at the checkout she was uper helpful...

"The place is newly renovated and clean.
It is inside the walled Old Town and walkable to most tourist spots, shops, and eating spots. The location is close to the main street and does not involve a lot of steps going to the hotel (Dubrovnik is a city of steps/stairs, just FYi) but has some stairs inside going to the room. Just ask to be dropped off by the Ploce gate. The service is great, they respond to my inquiries promptly. Excellent stay overall."

"We had a wonderful stay at San Rocco Palace! Our first night was in a ground floor room, which was clean and spacious and met all of our needs. The rest of our stay was in a balcony room that was absolute incredible! (It wasn’t available the first night). Amazing views! Breakfast on that balcony each morning was one of the highlights of our stay!
The staff was helpful and communication was easy. The magnetic door keys were a bit tricky but one or two tries and you’re good…it’s not rocket...
