"Bota is unique place & we felt very privileged to have stay within. I was unfortunately very sick & Mary is a beautiful caring staff member.Exceptional at her trade. Especially her breakfasts with fresh squeeze orange juice & lemon & ginger tea.
Karla also provided impeccable service & we highly recommend Bota Palace.
The only suggestions we could pin point is to provide visible reading instructions on the air conditioner ,Television & remotes .

"Our stay at Guesthouse Forty Four was amazing from start to finish. The location is right in the centre of the old town so was very convenient and the premises were very clean and comfortable. However, most of all the customer service is outstanding with all staff members going the extra mile to welcome us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Special shoutout to Stan who was so lovely and really made us feel right at home. This was the best service I have experienced anywhere....

"Amazing stay and location, we loved the attic apartment. It was clean, great shower, two tvs, and had everything we needed. WiFi worked well. We would stay again, however two things to note- for attic room you have to step across staircase to get to room from living room, we kind of got used to it but it was a safety hazard. And on checkout day we were told to leave our luggage in a back room that had no lock, not ideal but fine, and when we came back our suitcases were left in reception...

"Helt igennem et fantastisk ophold. Fra vi kom til vi rejste efter 4 overnatninger mødte vi kun venlige, hjælpsomme, servicemindede og ikke mindst et personale med humor. Samtidig et virkelig moderne og ikke mindst et hotel der bærer præg af renlighed og opmærksomhed for stedet. Vi brugte både pool området og området ved stranden. Morgenmaden er nok noget af det bedste vi har oplevet på et 5 stjernet hotel, virkelig lækre råvarer og dejligt at man blot ved bordet kan bestille forskellige retter....

"Great place and location, in the heart of the old city. A little bit hidden and stairs to climb above the restaurant, but the room and facilities are top notch. Restaurant downstairs is also excellent, although very popular and busy. Staff were really friendly and helpful, carried our luggage both up and down the stairs. Shower was fantastic and we didn’t experience any noise or smell from the restaurant below."

"We had a wonderful stay at San Rocco Palace! Our first night was in a ground floor room, which was clean and spacious and met all of our needs. The rest of our stay was in a balcony room that was absolute incredible! (It wasn’t available the first night). Amazing views! Breakfast on that balcony each morning was one of the highlights of our stay!
The staff was helpful and communication was easy. The magnetic door keys were a bit tricky but one or two tries and you’re good…it’s not rocket...
